Thermo-Floor Brand Becomes a Registered Trademark
Thermo-Floor is pleased to announce that we have just successfully completed the Registered Trademark process for our brand and logo. The process was completed during 2015 and will allow us to protect and promote our brand, products and services in the UK. We are proud of our brand and its value in to our customers and stakeholders alike.
The Registered Trademark applies to the list of good covering �Class 11 – Under floor heating apparatus, under floor cooling apparatus, radiant heating apparatus, radiant cooling apparatus, water heating installations, water cooling installations, supply of water heating apparatus, supply of water cooling apparatus, all parts and fittings thereof all included in class 11. Class 37 – Maintenance and servicing of under floor heating installations, maintenance and servicing of under floor cooling installations, all parts and fittings thereof all included in class 37. Class 42 – Technological research, innovation and design of under floor heating and under floor cooling systems, engineering project management services relating to under floor heating and under floor cooling systems.�
The trade mark was submitted to the Intellectual Property Office and our case number for the trade mark is trade mark UK00003088203.
